Last Friday we had a visit from Ned. Ned is an organisation which promotes the importance of positive health and well-being to young people. Ned were teaching our children to encourage others, and how this is important in ensuring everyone is happy. The main techniques used by Ned stem from Mindfulness. This was a very enjoyable and beneficial session for everyone in our school.
