The Primary 2 children had a fantastic time making their own pancakes today. They enjoyed sifting flour, cracking eggs, measuring out the milk and using their strong muscles to whisk the batter. The children all enjoyed watching their pancakes bubbling on the pan and some even attempted a pancake flip! Our delicious pancakes were enjoyed with fresh berries, banana, honey and jam.
