Daily Mile Santa Run in aid of GOAL.
We had a great day in school last week. Not only was it Christmas jumper and dinner day, but the whole school took part in a daily mile for the charity GOAL, which works with some of the poorest around the world. Each class came out in turn to do their mile and they were accompanied by a very special visitor ... SANTA HIMSELF!!
The atmosphere in our school was fantastic and we would like to thank Mrs Hicks for organising the whole thing and also Mrs Keane and all the P7 children for so ably assisting Santa and all the children as they made their way around our school grounds.
Well done to everyone and we can be proud that this Christmas, we helped out some of the poorest around the world. Thank you all for your very kind donations.
